Raised in rural Gippsland, Dr Lucy Haymes brings a deep understanding of the unique healthcare needs of regional communities. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP), with additional training in mental health, counselling strategies, and emergency medicine. Her work has included involvement in the development of local urgent care services.
Now settled in Mildura with her family, Dr Haymes is passionate about delivering holistic, preventative healthcare and advancing medical education. Alongside Dr Taggert, she is the Co-Owner and Practice Principal of Ontario Family Practice. She strives to practice with a focus on innovation, patient-centred care, and community health outcomes.
